Refund & cancellation policy

You may request a refund within 30 calendar days of the original payment. This policy applies to MentionsAI subscriptions and one-time snapshots, subject to the eligibility conditions below and any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.

We review requests in good faith. Refunds may be reduced or declined where a subscription has been substantially used, where automated services have been abused, or where a chargeback or fraud investigation is already in progress. This does not limit rights that cannot be excluded by law.

You may cancel a subscription at any time through the secure customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access remains available through the current paid period unless a refund is approved.

Use the billing support option in your Dodo Payments receipt or customer portal, or email support@mentionsai.pro with the email address used for purchase, your transaction reference, and a brief reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment provider.

MentionsAI provides software, analysis, and approved execution workflows. Search rankings, traffic, third-party indexing, and AI citations are not guaranteed and are not, by themselves, grounds for a refund.
