Privacy policy

We process your account ID and email, submitted website addresses and buyer queries, public page content used for audits, generated reports and fixes, usage and billing status, support messages, and security and request logs. If you connect a CMS or other integration, we also process its connection details and access credentials. Dodo Payments handles checkout and payment card details; MentionsAI does not store full card numbers.

We use this information to sign you in, run and save audits, produce source-backed recommendations, enforce paid allowances, provide billing support, secure and troubleshoot the service, and carry out CMS actions you approve. Public pages you submit may be retrieved from their websites. Do not submit sensitive personal data in buyer queries or CMS drafts.

Firebase provides sign-in and database storage; Vercel hosts the website and server functions; configured AI and search providers receive the website evidence and query text needed for the requested audit; Firecrawl may retrieve public competitor pages; Dodo Payments handles checkout, tax and payment records. Connected Google, Shopify, WordPress or Webflow services receive only the requests needed for the feature you choose. These providers may process data in different countries under their own terms and safeguards.

The app uses browser storage for sign-in, a local report branding preference, and session-only campaign tags when present in a link. Campaign tags are sent to Dodo as checkout metadata to measure which campaigns lead to a completed purchase; they are not used for ad targeting. Hosting, authentication and checkout providers may use essential cookies to operate their services. See our cookie notice for details and browser controls.

Private reports are limited to the account that owns them. If you create a Snapshot share link, it shows a limited report summary to anyone holding that link for up to 30 days; you can revoke it sooner. The public preview checks only the submitted homepage and does not call paid AI or competitor-scraping providers. CMS credentials are encrypted before storage. Audit reports, account data and logs are retained while needed to provide the service, investigate abuse, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations. We have not set a fixed automatic deletion period for every record; contact us to request review or deletion.

You can manage sign-in and billing in account settings. To request a copy, correction or deletion of your account data, withdraw optional permissions, disconnect an integration, or raise a privacy complaint, email support@mentionsai.pro. We may verify account ownership before acting. Deletion can be limited where a transaction or security record must be retained by law.

This business service is not directed at children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us. If you use MentionsAI outside India, your local privacy rights may also apply; use the same address above to exercise them.
